Yeah this album goes hard. So consistent. 52 minutes and not one of them wasted. Easiest 52 minutes ever. I felt that most of this album really wasn't vocally-driven, which was cool. Most of the vocals were pretty understated, and while complementing the rest of the music very well, it really allowed the instrumentals to shine. This album has everything; some more fun upbeat stuff, some incredible ballads, even a more punkish vibe bank holiday which was a dope twist. Blur made choosing the best tracks a very difficult task here, this album is seriously so consistently good. Also so insanely British. Clover over Dover is maybe the most broths thing I’ve ever heard. I love how it flows. 4 britpop bangers to start. punk switch-up, right into a cool ballad (Bedhead), then an instrumental, Far Out which almost seemed like an interlude, and flowed extremely well into our second ballad, To The End, 4 more britpop bangers, Jubilee which is another kinda vibe switch and right into the final ballad, This Is a Low. I know This Is a Low isn't actually the last track, but it's such a great emotional final piece to close the album. Lot 105 gotta go bruh😂, how you boutta end the album with that instead. I’ll be revisiting this for sure. Im not sure if I’d ever just play a single song though. If I’m listening to one I’m probably listening to everything; it’s that type of album. Best (not easy): This is a low, to the end, London loves, bedhead MMM: 🗣️LONDON LOVES🗣️ the way people just fall apaaaart 🗣️LONDON LOVES🗣️ the way you don’t stand a chaaaaaance PS: Been listening for the last hour deliberating over a 4 or 5. It’s 2am. Why am I letting this decision hold so much weight in my life?
