Darkness on the Edge of Town
Bruce Springsteen

I've always been interested in learning more about The Boss. This great album is a mix of heavy guitar jams, mellow ballads, bluesy licks and contemplative coming-of-age stories. Every song is unique and distinct but it flows great as a single album about the trials and tribulations of the working man in the 70s. Adam Raised a Cain - great guitar playing. Racing in the Street is definitely my favorite and will be added to my regular playlist of beloved songs. Factory reminds me a lot of my dad working at the BASF plant in the 80s and 90s. The only problem I've ever had with Springsteen, and maybe it's just me, but his voice is so flat in all of his songs. That's the only thing that keeps me from giving it a 5.
