I'm realizing some things about jazz. I prefer piano to sax. And I can get down with jazz fusion, but this stuff - although important - might not be for me. Moments I appreciated: the piano driven middle section in Resolution, the drum intro to Pursuance and lightning quick piano bit after that. Less compelling: the unaccompanied bass solo outro on the same track. ** 1/2 but rounded up on artistic merit.
