Ooh, I bought this one when it came out (or shortly there after). It was a big departure from my normal punk, thrash, and metal purchasing profile but this and D’Angelo’s Brown Sugar record are part of my mid to late 90’s R&B/soul collection. Some of the jazz elements that I thought were so cool in the 90’s don’t seem as innovative now as then but still a solid, smooth and silly listen
