What a hard album to rate. Three all-time bangers, and 10 below average songs full of Axl squealing and uneventful instrumentation. What doesn't help is also the fact that the hits are extremely overplayed in all media. Well, I guess I wouldn't feel comfortable with an average 3 for this album, even though it sounds fair. Very weak 4 it is.
