Before listening: I feel like I won't like this that much, not that interested in 70s as a whole. I do really like the album cover. Listening: I actually quite like the instrumentals, not super into the lyrics, they feel a little basic at times. His voice isn't great at some points. I really like the funkier bass ones but not so into the slower ones. I really like the more politically motivated/commentary lyrics, about the end of the 60s etc. "I guess I'll call it sickness gone, It's hard to say the meaning of this song" is great. I still don't love his voice, though... Final reactions: Half the songs were bangers, half dragged for me. I don't love his voice, I think that affected my enjoyment a fair bit. Decent, though. Standout songs: Walk On, Revolution Blues (actually a banger), Vampire Blues, Ambulance Blues (I'm sensing a theme here)
