Starts off a bit slow but still a beautiful album. Not the most innovative for its time, but you don't need more with a voice like Elvis and a collection of nice songs. His voice sounds great here and the lush instrumentation keeps even the more basic songs a pleasant listen. In The Ghetto is a great song to end on and the bonus tracks are even better, shame those weren't included on the album originally though. I'm a sucker for this schmalzy honey glazed 60s country pop and this is one of the best albums to do it.
