No, no, no. Sorry that's lazy, but it fits. In my earlier, less grounded days I may have tried to convince myself I enjoyed shit like this because it was supposedly relevant. But it wasn't, I don't and it's still shit. It tries so hard doesn't it, but is just tedious musically and lyrically, song structure is on the whole flaccid, and yeah as so many have said it's just sounds like Gaming music of the time; everything at the max, over produced and sound effects vomit. Best thing about this was the comment that said critics likened this band to Led Zeppelin, I'm no fan of Zeppelin but that's just so off on so many levels, again trying to attach a relevance that history shows was not earned. Guess the band meant it all to the bottom of their souls. 2 #Stars - for songs Maps and Y control , the vocals, and the album cover that advertises (all be it negatively for me) what’s contained inside. And as a bassist, no bass - fuck off.
