Freddie Mercury is so good you forget about Brian May. This album is where Queen stops being weird art Rock and leans more into rock. The guitar on this whole album is BIG. So many guitar players come AFTER Brian May. Not a heavy metal album, but it was trying to lean that way. They really may not have known what they were tapping into.
