I think this is a high 4 rounded up to a 5, very little rounding needed, but just listen to how much more is going on with the production, performance and songwriting compared to all the 3 star English punk on here. I can completely sympathise with people who complain English music is over represented on the list, but to me Goldfrapp more than earns at least one slot on here. Incidentally, this was taken off later revisions of the list but personally it does more for me than Felt Montain... and where's Black Cherry at?
