I came to start listening to them in probably a less common route. I saw Buck Meek open for Jeff Tweedy. His sound and style was so different from other performers that I started looking into what else he did. Of course in this band he’s not the singer, but the uniqueness of approach continues with that band and goes in its own direction. Added to greatly by Adrianne Lenker and the rest of the band. I really enjoy this record. Captures what they are doing perfectly.
