There's probably about 6 or 7 Paul Simon albums I'd think about including on this list before this one. It's a fun listen but not really an essential one. There are some fun upbeat songs I really enjoy here, such as Cars are Cars. However, there are a few too many acoustic songs on here that just feel unfinished to me. This entire album has that feel of not living up to its full potential, and the backstory behind this one explains how so.
