1001 Albums Summary

Loved it. Lotta cool bass riffs. Soulful and funky as fuck

A lot of good grooves. Basic bass lines and very reliant on guitar to keep me interested. 1-4-5 album. Best songs: sultans of swing (obviously) The album is pretty eh overall.

Awesome melodies and catchy harmonies. Snotty punk feel at times with smooth vocals. Very enjoyable. Best songs: In the crowd, it’s too bad, down in the tube station at midnight.

The epitome of 80s new wave, which isn’t usually a problem for me, but because this album was so incredibly boring I wanted to kill myself. Not even revisiting the massive hits, Shout and Everybody Wants to Rule the World could interest me. Tears for Fears blows
