very beatle-y, and I don't like the beatles. but certain songs are very melancholy and pleasant. I like bert's blues (reminds me of the black keys). season of the witch is funky as well.
funky and groovy. better than I expected knowing the famous song on the album.
I thought I would like David Bowie more, but I was kinda disappointed. expected some grungy experimental feel, but instead just got old school rock and roll feel. kinda elvis-y which makes sense considering the time era. some songs were not bad though.
this entire album is just one massive shredfest. and that's pretty cool. energetic old school rock instrumental. jazz blues feel in a few songs. not many words, but not many needed.
pretty average overall. sounds Queen inspired/around the same time era, but not as exciting or impactful. bright and happy mood.
classic MGMT. reminds me of nostalgic college days. energetic and bright.
very country sounding. not exactly the kind of classic rock album I like
I'm not a fan of honky tonk music. can't really appreciate it.
