Very consistent sound with the same style of guitar and drum throughout, the hits are obvious (our lips are sealed and we got the beat). Title is aptly named. Lots of fun drum fills. Second half feels more interesting than first. Hidden gem: you can't walk in your sleep (if you can't sleep) 4/5, pretty fyre
I think I know why so many are inspired by Eno now. Very unique, starting off rock with video game esque electronic sounds before their time, ending contemplative and atmospheric. A little hard to recall, not really a catchy set of tunes.
Pleasant vocals, jazzy, very chill, favorites are Oba, Oba and Canoeiro. Nice album for relaxing (on the beach). Perhaps not the most memorable
Bangers all around, clearly a very influential album. Heavy at times, but even at those times, really fun to listen to. Capturing some real humanity with sick beats, varied sound, rooted in funk, soul, hip hop, electronic.
Could have been influential to other bluesy folk duos. Not very impressed
Very classic. Soothing in every way, especially that familiar velvet voice. Lot of simpy sad boi vibes but I guess that was in vogue then.
Nice! Enjoyable rock and Americana. Better than The Band? Not sure. Favorite was Dixie Drug Store.
