Nov 12 2021

It’s just an „okay” album for me. I wouldn’t necessarily skip it, but I definitely prefer the „AM” album and that vibe, which on the other hand I totally love! Can’t deny that the riffs are usually on point though!

Metallica by Metallica
Nov 15 2021

Not necessarily my vibe but I have to admit that for an album that was released in 1991 it must’ve been huge and impressive. And „The Unforgiven” & „Nothing Else Matters” are undoubtedly both classics now :)

Vol. 4 by Black Sabbath
Nov 17 2021

I have probably never listened to Black Sabbath yet, at least not to their full albums. To be honest I was afraid it would be too hard, but it's perfectly listenable. It's not necessarily my cup of tea, but I also don't think it's a bad album. "Changes" made me realize where that sample originally came from (thanks Eminem, I guess). :)

Pretenders by Pretenders
Nov 19 2021

Nothing stood out to me, perfectly fine to play this album in the background, but didn’t fall in love with this one that’s for sure...

Tusk by Fleetwood Mac
Nov 22 2021

The percussion sounds too harsh in most of the songs, the transients are too squashed. Maybe it's because I listened to the remastered version. I need to re-listen to this album in its original version someday. Female vocals were on point though.

Arrival by ABBA
Dec 16 2022

Great to listen to the whole album and get to know not only the hits, but also more underrated songs. Decent pop songwriting. The bass on \"Happy Hawaii\" was a nice surprise.

The College Dropout by Kanye West
Dec 19 2022

Totally not my vibe, but that doesn't mean it's a bad album. It's just an okay album to me at best though. As for 2004 the production doesn't sound dated, so there's that.

At Newport 1960 by Muddy Waters
Dec 20 2022

1960?! Wow. And you tell me that was all live? Impressive. Really chill and jazzy composition.

At Budokan by Cheap Trick
Dec 21 2022

You can definitely feel the spirit of the concert, but it's just an okay album to me in the end.

Melody A.M. by Röyksopp
Dec 22 2022

I really like Röyksopp, but this album didn't resonate with me.

One World by John Martyn
Dec 23 2022

Short album, has some variety, nothing really stands out but I enjoyed the slow, chilled tracks, especially the last one.

Deloused in the Comatorium by The Mars Volta
Dec 27 2022

A bit chaotic. I liked the guitars in "Roulette Dares" though, they were on point!

3 + 3 by The Isley Brothers
Dec 28 2022

Well, maybe it's not a bad album, but at the same time nothing really stood out to me, I could listen to it in the background while doing something else, but not deliberately.
