The Genius Of Ray Charles
Ray CharlesNice soulful voice. The album was an enjoyable listen. Not my usual genre of music bit did enjoy the album. Will most likely listen to some more of his work

I have not listened to much reggae beyond Bob Marley. I quite liked this album, and would more than likely listen to more from Burning Spear
Crowded House's debut album was one of the first albums I bought way back when I started buying albums with my pocket money. By the time Woodface came around I had moved on to listening to mostly hard rock and metal, so never listened to Woodface except for the singles I heard. I was surprised at how many songs I was familiar with, and overall was a good listen. I will definitely dive into other Crowded House albums i may have missed over the years.
A am familiar with some Public enemy songs but had never listened to an album in full. It's pretty full on. A lot of anger at the world. Is the planet any better now than what it was for Public Enemy back then? I'd say not. It's a good album.
