21 by Adele
May 13 2022

- Very good voice obviously - Bass heavy in the first song - Turning Tables has a lovely piano riff - Soft with powerful vocal sections - He Won’t Go has a nice rhythm - Definitely a lot of breakup songs

Urban Hymns by The Verve
May 14 2022

- Ohhh it’s that song - Lots of effects - Sounds good - Nice guitar arpeggio in The Rolling People - I like the mood throughout the album - very repetitive lyrics - I like the lyrics in Lucky Man - whole albums has excellent string sections

May 15 2022

- another oh it’s that song on the first track. I like the melody, not a huge fan of the song. Kind of like arcade fire from my recollection. - Good beat and melodies - Some very interesting lyrics - Notable Tracks: Kids (though the end is a bit much), The Youth

Highway 61 Revisited by Bob Dylan
May 16 2022

- not a huge fan of the harmonica, fun rhythm though. - seems to have some good messages in the lyrics. - not the biggest fan of the vocal style. - I’d describe it as noisy blues. - ballad of a thin man and highway 61 sound good. - a few nice guitar riffs.

Celebrity Skin by Hole
May 17 2022

- didn’t realize it was Cobain’s girl. - Good strong female punk vocals - Nice tempo - Malibu has a nice riff - excellent lyrics - solid rhythm’s - excellent distorted guitar, with very interesting riffs and melodies - Brody Dalle styled vocals which I love - notable: Malibu, Reasons to be Beautiful, Celebrity Skin and Petals

May 18 2022

- never got into Motörhead - not a fan of live albums - it sounds pretty good, just not for me - classic Motörhead vocal style - Fast and Loud - notable: Ace of Spades, No Class and Overkill

Slippery When Wet by Bon Jovi
May 19 2022

#### Rating: 3 #### Good Things 1. Good loud classic rock. 2. Great guitar solos. 3. Powerful vocals and lyrics. 4. Only so many times I can write the same few notes. #### Other Notes - Not a fan of the keys at the start. - God awful album cover. - Basically the same formula for every song. - All songs are very good, not sure how I feel about listening to a full album though. - I'd Die for You has great riffs/bass at the beginning. - Would have been a 4/5 except it starts to get dull towards the end, too many songs on the same formula. #### Notable Tracks 1. You Give Love A Bad Name 2. Wanted Dead or Alive 3. I'd Die for You
