He might be an amazing guitarist, but he is a terrible person. Unfortunately that affected my experience of this album.

Iconic and influential album. Going into the album, my expectations were high, because I knew about the album's reputation, and I was already familiar with the amazing title track. Now, after listening to the album, I can say that the album lived up to my expectations. All the songs have great melodies, and even though some of them are long, they don't feel like they drag on for too long. The only complaints I have is that the vocals and the guitar tone doesn't change much throughout the album, which results in some of the songs blending a bit together for the first couple of listens.

Uninspired. Some of the songs just sounded too much like The Kinks with a modern production and worse vocals. I also don't like compilation albums, so this album does not have a lot going for it. Aside from those things, there are some parts that have a nice groove to them, but that is the most positive thing i have to say about this.

Not my cup of tea. This album did not age well, and the lyrics are cringe as fuck.

Legendary album. Love it.

I like some of Prince's songs, none of those songs are on this album. To me this album was super uninteresting.
