Didn't enjoy this one at all. Vocals really killed it for me.
Held together by the strength of voodoo Chile and all along the Watchtower. Really wonderful bluesy psychedelic rock album. I love the hits off this one, but the rest always felt like filler to me. Cross town traffic and little Miss strange were always skipped when I listened to this album. I have listened to it lots, so it has obvious staying power.
Wish it would have been a later qotsa album, but I can understand this choice. I do like their newer stuff more, but this is still a really good album.
Fun.
That seemed like a really strange choice for top albums, but I don't really know the context. All I could hear was chef from South park as that's where I know Isaac Hayes from.
I like Bowie, but would have preferred Ziggy or let's dance.
Again. It's fine... But not really my jam.
I get it, it's influential. Groundbreaking for the time. Not my jam.
