Pink Flag by Wire
Aug 09 2022

I like that the album is energetic, and I can hear how this album has influenced some modern artists. However, some of the songs seem to blend together and can be boring at some points. Favorite song: Mannequin.

In Utero by Nirvana
Aug 16 2022

I love this album! I think it has a lot more personality than Nevermind, which is made possible by the vivid lyrics and passionate vocals. I also enjoy the combination of louder, angrier songs (Scentless Apprentice, Tourette's, etc.) and calmer, more reflective ones (Dumb, All Apologies). Favorite song: Very Ape.

New York Dolls by New York Dolls
Aug 17 2022

This album just isn't for me. I don't really like the vocals and the songs feel like they drag on forever.

Bug by Dinosaur Jr.
Aug 19 2022

J Mascis did a good job on this one. Definitely a classic indie record, and for good reason. Favorite track: They Always Come.

Ananda Shankar by Ananda Shankar
Sep 01 2022

I love the combination of the sitar and the synthesizers! Favorite track: Metamorphosis.

good kid, m.A.A.d city by Kendrick Lamar
Sep 05 2022

This album tells a compelling story through catchy flows and intelligent lyrics. Definetly makes me want to listen to more of Kendrick's stuff. 4.5/5 stars.

Out of Step by Minor Threat
Sep 08 2022

This album feels uncoordinated. The songs sound like they are an instrumental with lyrics randomly yelled over it. Overall, this album was just okay.
