The Fat Of The Land
The ProdigySurprisingly fresh after 25 years. One of the best electronic dance albums of the 90s.

One of my favorite albums in college. To my great surprise, it sounds better now. A range of genres with incredible musicianship yield a tremendous listening adventure.
Quintessential Aerosmith. Never been a huge Aerosmith fan, but this is a damn fine metal album from a F.I.N.E. bunch of musicians.
How did I ever miss this album all these years?!? This is an amazing work which clearly is an progenitor of the late 70s and early 80s punk sound. The title track in particular is a wonderful amalgam of genres and influences and is just fantastic.
Better than I remember. The horns and virtuoso guitar make this a great album to listen to anytime.
Enjoyed this, even not being a Strokes fan. Love the guitar work and the driving rhythms.
How did I ever miss this album? One of the best of the last 20+ years, at least. Highly recommended.
This might be one of, if not the, best album I've ever heard. Tight, subtle, powerful, but controlled. Incredible musicianship. Vocals are stunning.
Stacks up well against other contemporary bands. Loved the compostions, not the lyrics as much. But a great album.
How do you rate this other than 5? 45 years later it still amazes me.
Good, but not great album. Dabbling with different songwriters brings a bit of diversity but perhaps at the expense of quality.
Never"got" this one. Some great stuff on here, without question. But the album in total seems to be less than most of its great tracks.
