Didn’t finish but a lot of great singles on here. Not exactly my cup of tea overall but still a strong effort from Adele.
Could only somewhat get through the first three songs b/c I just don’t like the vocals. The instrumentals were actually quite good but the vocals were not imo.
Ok, this was really cool. I had never heard of them before but from the opening of the first song I knew I was into them. And their story? Incredible. I love foreign music so I will definitely be revisiting this.
I think I would actually put this at a 2.5 because, while there were a couple song I did like, I didn’t really like the majority of the album. Some of the instrumentals were nice but I didn’t love the main vocals and some of the songs sounded similar to each other imo.
I fucking love New Wave and I fucking love Talking Heads. HOWEVER This album is extremely front-loaded imo and suffers towards the end. I’d give it a 4.5 buy we’ll go with four.
Some iconic singles on here with some solid deep tracks too. Not perfect, however, so I’ll give it a four.
