1001 Albums Summary

The first six songs flow seamlessly into each other and the guitar and organ instrumentation is amazing, the second half is also great but do not feel as cohesive as the first

Amazing guitar riffs throughout but some songs fall short of the rest but is refreshing with different styles across the album. The strangeness of “Monkey goes to heaven” was surprising and very entertaining musically.

Good album

It is clear that pink floyd was still finding their sound with this album with more pop influence than in the future along with the classic abstract sounds they are known for. The songs are somewhat chaotic and clunky but is still enjoyable to listen to 3/5
