Led Zeppelin II by Led Zeppelin
Jan 25 2023

A great album which I knew before, but did not appreciate some of the more deep cut songs, like Bring It On Home

Head Hunters by Herbie Hancock
Jan 26 2023

This album is not really what I would listen to normally but objectively it is great. It is sleek, not rough around the edges like most of the stuff from that era. I was shocked when I thought that a song was a bit long and saw that it's been 13 minutes, which passed in an instant. I find Pink Floyd songs of similar length a bit more tedious to listen to, no matter how much I love them

Sweet Baby James by James Taylor
Jan 27 2023

The album does not seem like anything special, as it is just like any other sugar coated mum-country, which I have grown so sick of in modern country, but 50 years earlier

Axis: Bold As Love by Jimi Hendrix
Jan 30 2023

This one is really interesting as I have never understood Hendrix before, apart from outliers like All Along The Watchtower, but this one just hit different. I really liked the funkier songs on here like Wait Until Tomorrow

Mama's Gun by Erykah Badu
Jan 31 2023

I understand that the music is objectively good, but it is so much out of my style that I couldn't listen through more than two tracks. She has a nice voice and the production is not bed by any means, but just not my cup of tea

The New Tango by Astor Piazzolla
Feb 01 2023

Gets really repetitive really fast, but Nuevo Tango is worth a listen
