Live!
Fela Kuti
The Production is amazing and clear for a live album and the audience participation part on the shout chorus sounds like a chamber choir in a recording studio. The sound is amazing. I am a fan of Fela Kuti and Ginger Baker so I always knew I would enjoy listening to it but had never taken the time until know. All of the songs are complete jams that could be endlessly enjoyable and what make well played afro-pop so enjoyable to listen to when the greats are involved and this album has it all in that regard. From front to back it is an amazing listen that feels like your own personal concert at times that I would agree is a must listen for anybody with a healthy appreciation for Afro-pop, Jazz, World, or music in general.

New Order
This album was a really fun listen. I know a little about New Order and while listening I looked up this album because the back and forth between their more House/Dance music sound and their post punk Joy Division sound was really intriguing and it seams like they were two separate recording locations and times recorded and this gives the album a really unique sound as a whole. Bought the album on CD after listening to it. All in all a really fun and unique album. Would recommend and completely understand what makes it significant. Only reason it is a 4 out of 5 is because the individual track are all very good but none of them stand out as being really amazing but my opinion could change on more listens.

Who's Next
The Who
The Who are a band with a stacked catalogue and this album comes in at number 3 for me. Tommy and Who are you beat this album out for me and if it wasn't for Baba O'reilly I think this album would be pretty forgettable. The album has jams but it is missing melody and attention grabbing hooks when needed to make it a great album. I discovered another track on this listen that is a great song that never hooked me before and that was Getting In Tune reminding me of some great Paul Mccartney solo tunes. All in all the album is a good listen but just feels like its missing a direction that you would get on albums like tommy but it is definitely not a bad album and I will continue to enjoy the few hits from this album in the future.

KE*A*H** (Psalm 69)
Ministry
Great Industrial metal album! I was really surprised with how much I enjoyed this album and it has its own sound that is unique to it from the bands other songs and just when it comes to metal in general. It really has that 90's sound to it and this falls above albums like Closer for me.

Cee-Lo Green... Is The Soul Machine
Cee Lo Green
It was okay, I've never been a big fan of southern rap or writing soul music where you spend the entire time gloating about yourself and how you got so much soul. That seams a little opposite of someone who is soulful, I get that its an attempt to be humorous but it just comes off as lame. The lyrical content was immature and very dorky. The production was very unique and way better than any of the southern hip hop/rap/funk music coming out around that time which is why I think it has notability and was referred to as "ambitious" by critics of the time. It was taking more of a soul/funk D'Angelo/Maxwell esque approach in the instrumentals rather than the styling of its southern peers such as T.I. or even Outkast, but that might be giving it too much credit honestly and Outkast has a ton more charisma and writing chops then Ceelo will ever have with his very small brain world views. All in all its fun you could put it on in the background of a family get together and everybody would feel comfortable but as an album. Soft meh....

The Atomic Mr Basie
Count Basie & His Orchestra
This album was a fun listen. It make me feel like I'm walking in a post apocalyptical wasteland trying to survive against the mutants and radiation with some good vibes. I don't understand how none of these songs made it into any of the Fallout games considering it even has Atomic in the name. Major oversight man.

The Libertines
The Libertines
This album is a post punk/indie rock jam of an album. Definitely the best of the libertines. Ive been a libertines fan since high school and that goes for Pete Doherty's other projects like Babyshambles and this album introduced me and will be a forever punk rock love of mine. I personally rate these projects above their predecessors such as the Clash and The Modern Lovers or anything else similar. The song writing
