1001 Albums Summary

I’ve slept on U2 my whole life. Every song I heard from them was over played on the radio. Taking the time to explore this album enlightened me to the great musicianship and production that they have. The track “acrobat” really woke me up.

It is hard to get around the language barrier but if you listen to the musicianship on some tracks, it is pro. Production overall isn’t that bad. It spanned a lot of different genres from hip hop, to francophone, Arabic / African rhythms and Caribbean beats, electronic and disco.
