Great album. Will listen again. Favorite song: New York City Cops
Was alright. Favorite track: A Design for Life
Interesting. Not my cup of tea, however. Favourite track: I Just Wasn't Made for These Times
Definitely one of their
I was looking for something fast but not as heavy as metal. Lo and behold, I am recommended one of hardcore punk’s best albums. It’s just what I am looking for. Favorite track: TV Party
Before this, I wasn’t a fan of rap or hip-hop at all. Then I listened to ‘Sabotage’. Gave the whole album a listen, and I’ll probably check out the rest of the discography eventually. Not a big fan of the instrumental songs, though. Favorite track: Sabotage
From start to finish, this is an excellent album. Every single song here is close to perfect, and even the lackluster tracks still a solid 7/10. For the Arctic Monkeys, this is as good as it gets. Highly recommended, 5/5.
Having listened to Ill Communication two hours earlier, I was pretty excited for this one. And it did not disappoint (aside from Girls). Solid. Favorite track: No Sleep till Brooklyn
How did this make the list?
Enjoyable. Will definitely revisit again, along with the other albums by them. Favorite track: Show Business
On a rainy night, this album feels different. Dark and comforting at the same time. Definitely a favorite album of mine. Favorite track: The Same Deep Water As You
One of the best punk records I've ever heard. Definitely worth checking out and worthy of all the praise it gets. Favorite track: Bodies
something something essential to Industrial music blah blah blah In all honesty, if I wanted to hear metal clanging on metal, I'd head over to the nearby construction site. Favorite track: Tanz Debil (favorite is stretching it.)
I fell asleep halfway through. Favorite track: Water Under the Bridge (favorite is stretching it.)
I still can't believe I went so long without listening to this. The runtime put me off initially, but I find that it helps with the absorbing of the record. This album is one that really demands all of your attention, whether with the screaming, or the chainsaw guitars that sometimes come out of nowhere. The title of "one of the essential emo classics" is well deserved. Favorite track: Here Come the Rome Plows ROME PLOWS! ROME PLOWS!
