1001 Albums Summary

Way better than I thought it would be. Do I like jazz???

Idk. Maybe this was like mind melting in 1969. But since I already know what Led Zeppelin sounds like, it kinda just sounds like a pretty mediocre collection of Led Zeppelin songs.

I’m surprised by their range. I expected the album to be shorter and all of it to sound like the title track. Instead there were plenty of slower and reggae songs which was cool. Pretty good.

Had know idea who this was but liked it a lot. I only knew the three song at first but the others were really good too. I’m shocked they aren’t bigger on Spotify.

I assumed this was going to be a Christmas album and it really isn’t. I like the sound. You don’t own me was probably like a super progressive song at the time. I liked mama said. It was upbeat and fun. I would give it a 3.5 if I could, but since I can’t it’s staying on 3 level

I’ve never really listened to prince, which is definitely a musical blind spot of mine. I definitely like it so far. Computer blue had some great guitar.

At first I thought it sucked but I’m actually liking it a lot. Like I want to listen to this album more than once. Glory made me give this album a closer look. Since then it’s been really good.

DMSR is funky as shit. Automatic is good too. I thought this album sucked at first but now it’s good. Lady cab driver is also very good. I want to listen to this one again. Like I actually really like it. Even though I need to be more strict with my rating.
