This is a fucking gem. Such a great piece of work. Loved almost every song. Just kind of really doesn’t respect women lol

Sign 'O' The Times by Prince
Jul 28 2023

I liked it, the sound was good. Lyrically great and prince's voice is ovbiously a gift to this earth. Just don't think his music is my jam. That era of pop rock doesn't really hit me.

Jul 29 2023

Great album, great artist. Dude is a great lyricist and singer, and can somehow make a robust work with only a few instruments. Only drawback is that fact though. Kind of gets repetitive if you’re looking for some variety. But there are some classics on there.

Led Zeppelin II by Led Zeppelin
Jul 30 2023

Classic. Bangers on there. Ramble on, whole lotta love, she’s just a woman. Robert plant is a fucking beast. And the kind of psychedelic vibes are unreal.

Gorillaz by Gorillaz
Jul 31 2023

Fucking great. Love their sound, feel like it was pretty ground breaking at the time (2001), but I'm not sure. Definitely some bangers in there (Clint Eastwood), and some good variety. I need to give it a few more listens to really get a feel for it. But I just love their sound, aesthetic.

Endtroducing..... by DJ Shadow
Aug 01 2023

Really cool album. Never heard of DJ Shadow, crazy that this sound was produced in the mid 90s. Seems like it was also probably way ahead of its time (saying also cause I reviewed Gorrilaz yesterday). Some sick tracks, but I think my brain didnn’t appreciate as much as I wouldv’e if I heard it 20 years ago. Just oversaturated by lofi beats today. But still dank, 4 stars cause ik this piece was way ahead of its time.

Good Old Boys by Randy Newman
Aug 03 2023

Pretty good. Liked it a lot. Love his voice, so distinct. Questionable lyrics at times. But some good songs, good variety despite utilizing the same instruments/sounds.

Suzanne Vega by Suzanne Vega
Aug 04 2023

Cool sound. Unique sound. Kinda can’t put my finger on what it is. Never heard of her though. But some fun songs. Like the speaksing thing.

Live At Leeds by The Who
Aug 05 2023

Pretty good. Need to listen to more of the who. Just don’t like live albums that much

Crocodiles by Echo And The Bunnymen
Aug 06 2023

Solid. Punk feel was nice. Just kind of boring. Gotta give it another try.

Aug 08 2023

Good. U2 has a weird sound for me cause they’re a meme in my mind. Bono mainly. Think it’s cause we listened to them so much as kids. But the album is solid, and they’re sound is pretty distinct compared to most. Plus they have some bangers. Can’t deny they made solid music here.

Stankonia by OutKast
Aug 10 2023

This was dank. Definitely my shit. Fucking hype sounds, variety, lyrics. Kinda had it all. Wanna give it another listen.

Oxygène by Jean-Michel Jarre
Aug 11 2023

I fucked with this. Never heard of em before, but it was dope. Just wish it was longer. But I’m gonna come back to this forsure.

Doggystyle by Snoop Dogg

This is a fucking gem. Such a great piece of work. Loved almost every song. Just kind of really doesn’t respect women lol
