the album was okay. most of the songs were kinda just there. my favorites were “Gimme Shelter,” “Monkey Man,” and “You Can’t Always Get What You Want.” i wouldn’t hate listening to it again but i doubt i will seek it out again apart from those three songs. 🤷♀️🤷♀️
this album is SO good 🫣🫣 my favorite songs are “Let’s Go Crazy,” “Darling Nikki,” “When Doves Cry,” “I Would Die 4 U,” and “Purple Rain.” that’s like. half of the tracklist 🫢🫢
the album was pretty good. maybe i would’ve enjoyed it more if it was actually on spotify 😒 but regardless my favorite songs were “Heart of Gold,” “Alabama,” “The Needle and the Damage Done,” and “Words (Between the Lines)”
two rolling stones albums being generated SO CLOSE to each other kinda made me not want to listen to this but i kept going fr 🙏 this album is kinda just there. my favorite, and like objectively the best song, is “Sympathy For The Devil.” everything else kinda just blends together. from the two rolling stones albums i’ve listened to start to finish it seems as if they made great singles and then just gave up for the rest of the album
the album was pretty good. i listened to it with my dad. i don’t think he liked it too much 😭 my favorite songs were “Master of Puppets,” “The Thing That Should Not Be,” “Welcome Home (Sanitarium),” and “Orion.”
this album was fine. i don’t really like ever listen to something like this so i don’t know maybe that’s why i didn’t like it so much. i wish i could tell you my favorite songs but they all kinda just blended together. the ones i enjoyed the most though were “Genesis” and “D.A.N.C.E.” i definitely could’ve died without listening to this. it kinda kept me motivated while doing work though so that’s a plus
this album kinda um sucked. all the reviews saying it sounds like knock off the doors are right at that point just listen to the doors they’re way better than this anyways
i get this was really influential and whatever and is like a big reason as to why sampling is used the way it is nowadays but it kinda sucks
i really love simon and garfunkel and i love a lot of the songs from this album so i was excited to listen to the full thing. my favorite songs are “Scarborough Fair / Canticle,” “Homeward Bound,” “The 59th Street Bridge Song (Feelin’ Groovy),” “The Dangling Conversation,” “Flowers Never Bend with the Rainfall,” “For Emily, Whenever I May Find Her,” and “A Poem on the Underground Wall.”
my favorite songs were “Wearin’ That Loved On Look,” and “Suspicious Minds.” it was fine but that’s really it. just fine.
