Enjoyable, but I think I kinda missed the boat on this one. it just doesn’t grab me probably because I’ve heard so much of what has been written as a result of it. Best tracks: Opener, being for the benefit of mr kite!, when I’m 64

Fear Of A Black Planet by Public Enemy
Sep 22 2023

Incredible, catchy, infectious, I can’t stop listening to it, this is exactly what I hoped for when I signed up for this thing Best tracks: 911 is a joke Welcome to the terror dome Who stole the soul Fight the power

Pearl by Janis Joplin

Low-Life by New Order

This is MUCH more my speed, the synths, the beats, I'm in love. I wanna listen to this album tomorrow and the next day. And the remaster isn't 12 hours long, which is a plus. Best Tracks: Love Vigilantes The Perfect Kiss Sub-Culture

Electric Warrior by T. Rex
Sep 24 2023

A fun listen, nothing blew me away though. Wouldn't be mad to listen to again, but nothing really grabbed me, nothing made me want to know the name of a track or listen to it over and over again.

Raw Power by The Stooges
Sep 25 2023

Maybe I've just listened to too many of these today but this is booooooring. How much of this is gunna be 70's rock? I can only take so much before it all runs together. This sounds like the T. Rex album which sounds like the Joplin album. At least the other two seemed to be having more fun with the whole thing. This album was a chore.

This was fun! The exact change of pace I was asking for, smoother, easier to listen to. Didn’t blow me away but I found it enjoyable.

McCartney by Paul McCartney
Sep 27 2023

This feels kind unfinished. Some interesting ideas but not a lot of fully realized songs, really just ok.

OK by Talvin Singh
Sep 29 2023

This is unlike anything I’ve heard before. Very cool, not something I would come back to regularly but still a solid listen.

Thriller by Michael Jackson
Sep 30 2023

A perfect pop album. Hit after hit after hit, with good reason, danceable, fun from front to back.

Liege And Lief by Fairport Convention
Oct 01 2023

This was incredible! How have I never heard of this before! It feels like I'm in an old dusty Irish pub listening to the house band play for the whole night while everyone switches between sharing stories and singing along, Love this to bits. Hard to recommend every song is 9 minutes long and they all sound fairly similar, but love it none the less
