DNF Some songs I enjoyed, but a little too teenage angst for me to be interested right now

Good album, not something i’ve listened to much before. Maybe not a daily listen but added to my library

highlights: little 15 - dark tone, interesting idea/story behind the wheel - it had something going on, dark tone, but all the little girl stuff is weird, at least she’s old enough to drive? i want you now - somehow pretty good despite the amount of distorted deep breathing going on, if it’s supposed to be sexy it wasn’t, vocals carry nothing - i actually like this one, good mix of catchy and the tone it’s been establishing pimpf - i get it, but like you just had something going pleasure, little treasure - kind of like it unfortunately route 66 - ? overall: really went in on a dark tone but not all that dark a few highlights, mostly when keeping the dark tone but going a little poppier/lighter/less serious some parts sound dated, not in a good way weird ending

lots of pain and some anger, some hope and encouragement too. love as well. a very human album. i’ve only listened to it once so i won’t say more
