Sound of Silver by LCD Soundsystem
Oct 12 2023

Sounds like that band Cake, the one that did the long jacket song. But, with more electronic elements till the last sing which is piano-based.

Synchronicity by The Police
Oct 13 2023

Wish this album was a little weirder. Liked the song 'Mother' the most. Either it's not Sting, or, Sting really pushes his vocals in a different direction. Has a very cool desert psychedelic vibe.

Blood On The Tracks by Bob Dylan
Oct 18 2023

I like the first syllable rhymes he does with LACES of my shoes, and FREIGHT train. "Twist of Fate" I never heard before, great song. Jeff Buckley does a better "If you see her, say hello" but Bob wrote it, I guess.

Natty Dread by Bob Marley & The Wailers
Oct 19 2023

Way better than The Police.

First Band On The Moon by The Cardigans
Oct 20 2023

I broke my leg in the summer this song was popular. I remember staying in the hospital overnight and just couldn't keep this song out of my head while in agonizing pain.

Purple Rain by Prince
Oct 23 2023

Prince is an incredible guitar shredder! It's like if every song feels like "Beat It".

A Hard Day's Night by Beatles
Oct 24 2023

It's like flipping through the radio stations in the 50s and 60s and hearing a mix of all the kinds of songs from that Era.

Oct 25 2023

It's like all those Elephant 6 bands in Athens listened to this and then made records.

Colour By Numbers by Culture Club
Oct 27 2023

A fun pop record! Also really involved piano songs. Not too dissimilar to Queen ballads.

Oct 30 2023

Didn't know how big of pompous jerks the Pink Floyd really were, but really glad Clare Torry finally got paid for her vocals in 2005. "Great Gig in the Sky" still impresses me.

Led Zeppelin by Led Zeppelin
Oct 31 2023

Showing off all their talented music skills on this record has aged well, unfortunately some misogynistic messages have not.
