1001 Albums Summary

I can appreciate that it took a certain level of musicianship and creative freedom to create this, but it didn't interest me at all.

Pretty much what I expected for an early Cure album. Favorite song: I'm a cult hero This song has a bit of a disco vibe, but this isn't the feel of the album, overall.

This was fine for ambient background music, but it wasn't something I'd choose to actively listen to again.

Very 60s. Twee. A fairly pleasant listen, but only Time of the Season is memorable from this album.

Maybe this album is significant for the message, but I was not a fan of Curtis' vocals.

I wish I could give this a 3.5. I would tolerate this album again.

It was ok. I usually need vocals to keep my attention.

Tolerable. Feels like island vacation music.

I didn't really listen to the lyrics but the flow was good. Backing music was pretty chill. Rap is not my preferred style of music.

It was very... NYC. I didn't care for the vocals.

3.5. Fairly enjoyable. Some songs went on too long, but that's prog rock for ya.
