Easy to listen to. It's hard to unremember the SHINY HAPPY PEOPLE REM that wouldn't stop for years. But, this first album of theirs is Radio Free decent.
Missed this band the first time around, which is odd because I'm a child of the 80s. Solid songwriting. Stand out tracks, though I stopped paying attention while it was on as the album played. Over time I could grow to like this band.
Solid. Mainstream when I was in high school. An MTV favorite. This would have been ALTERNATIVE POP music. When ROCK and ALTERNATIVE and POP and PRINCE and MADONNA and RAP were each on their own island. Dire Straits managed to cross boundaries.

Brilliant in it's freedom and concept. I admire Eminem's confrontational honesty. Listening through to the album some of the guest appearances seem forced trying to sound as filthy as Eminem. A masterpiece in its own right.
