1001 Albums Summary

Solid. Ginger Baker is a kick ass drummer.

I just can't do super repetitive music in general. Regardless of genre. This was tough for me to get through tbh.

Fast, short, and energetic.

So many solid jams. I don't LOVE 80s music on the whole, but there are a handful of songs/albums that I really enjoy.

More enjoyable than I expected based on my limited experience with them. Not really my jam though.

I love Christmas music and this is in my Christmas playlist. So I skipped it. Both because I've recently listened, and because I get sad hearing Christmas music outside of the holiday season.

I think I could really dig this if not for the way albums from this era were mixed. Such strange panning. It's kind of disorienting. I'm not sure if it's because they were original mono and then split into stereo later or what. Very easy listen with some catchy bits.
