1001 Albums Summary

Some BANGERS! Boogie On Reggae Woman is such a zippy fun beat and is a new favorite. Overall it was uplifting and really was a great way to enjoy the end of a night of jazz lettuce.

What a fun and experimental album. You can really feel the energy of some friends just messing around and seeing where the energy took them. It did drag on a little bit and I think the total run time would benefited if there was a little more diversity in the beats, but for a solid progenitor of hip hop I can't help but enjoy it.

A perfectly fine chill ambiance album. The jazz isn't really my thing, but I can respect the sheer skill involved in all of this technical playing.

Acceptable but unfortunately modern and overexposed. Hearing this music and style just makes me think of commercialization and product placement.

Classic. Anyone who can't enjoy The Clash I feel sorry for.

Amy sounds like she would have fit in great in a 1920s jazz Cafe in Paris. Some definitely fun beats and well composed music but overall not my thing.

She is a talented singer, but I just don't vibe.

Abba is that kind of one dimensional feel-good music that everybody tolerates but nobody seems to really favor unless they really do. If you listen too closely to the lyrics it starts to get a little uncomfortable.

This felt like a rock album that was going to go mauve.

This feels like The clash before the clash. Great proto punk rockers.

I wanted to like this. I just aint about female singers for the most part. She is talented for sure, but I just don't vibe with the higher register

A perfectly agreeable album, if not a bit tame for my taste. Good background tunes.
