1001 Albums Summary

Boplicity is such a great sound; definitely one of my favorites from the album.

Definitely grew up with the theme song everywhere. It was even in my high school band's repertoire. Most of the album though sounds like thematic movie scenes and I probably wouldn't listen to most of it except for a few gems.

I had trouble sorting out this album, so I chose the one subtitled "The Complete In A Silent Way Sessions". Just blown away by the talent assembled for this session and how the music comes together in such an unstructured way without becoming too "free".
