1001 Albums Summary

If someone played this in the club I’d be stoked. Tough as a casual listen all the way through haha

Clearly foundational punk rock and enjoyed overall but its a bit repetitive for me as a start to finish album

I’ll never get use to coat hanger abortion lyrics, but this album is otherwise incredibly listenable from a music perspective and is an artifact of both music and social commentary of the time in a way that feels both past and present.

My only issue is that it’s so short—listened through twice. You can hear its influence on everything that came after it, and for me blues/funk elements are always a hit, so I feel like I personally owe this album a lot.

10/10 would dance to again
