1001 Albums Summary

Probably the most well known/liked acoustic live album and for very good reason. Stripping down the various covers and songs manages to elevate them, sometimes even beyond the originals.

I enjoyed this performance, but as it's simply improvised piano, it's not something I personally will come back to often, if at all. Regardless, with the story and some really nice melodies out of the ether it's a great piece of work, just not for me.
