1001 Albums Summary

really good album. also definitely a strong influence for all my other favorite artists

me if i created an album of rage and despair. i can handle a song every now and then but listening to the whole album all at once was intense

bad album for someone who hates horns and piano but i’m not that person.. songs were long but honestly i did get a surprising winter vibe from this because most of their songs that i know are very beach playlist worthy

i can definitely hear the james brown influence but also why is it also giving the experimental vibe of pink floyd to me… i had to listen on youtube so that definitely made me feel like i was listening to it on vinyl which is silly. overall it’s very much right up my alley

All the songs sound very similar to me but i don’t mind because i like the ones i knew already. Very 2000s

never listened to the full album before this but i loved it. we did a dance to piece of my heart in high school and i still really like that song

absolutely legendary samples on this one.. i would sell a kidney to be able to be in the studio watching this album be made because i know it was insanely vibes

“that whole album front to back was trash” -hunter when i made him listen to this in the car.. another kings of leon album probably won’t bump this ever again but think it was complete trash although i didn’t enjoy it per say
