The Dark Side Of The Moon
Pink FloydA pretty much perfect album, as far as I'm concerned. Pink Floyd builds and releases like no other. One of the top albums of all time, and if you think otherwise, you're wrong.

Not always my favorite aesthetic, but it comes from a culture I've never really known. Some of the repetition of particular words or phrases gets a bit boring, but the stretches of weaving lyrical brilliance makes up for those moments. Some truly unique sound scapes and beautiful mixing lead the way to some banger beats. I may not be the intended audience, but the art speaks for itself. Good stuff.
Couple of bangers, and generally a classic. But a majority of the songs don't have that magic hook or staying power. Still a good rock/bluesy album, but there are better from the Stones.
You can see where there is some really interesting composition, and there are a few songs that pulled me in pretty easily. However, the overall sound of the album starts to get a little monotonous, and there isn't as much variety in some of the song structures as I would like. I can't point to one "banger" on this album, so I can't really rate it too highly.
Clearly, an all time classic. Fill up an entire hand with straight bangers and even the "b-sides" songs are pretty solid, if not as brilliant as the well-known tunes. I'd probably give it a 4.5 if it was more granular, but we'll round up :).
One of the best albums ever, and probably my personal favorite.
