1001 Albums Summary

Prefer where it picks up, starting with beginning to see the light. Love the playful guitar in story of my life, around 1 min mark, sounds kinda like George’s style. Murder mystery reminds me of the band CAKE, that spoken singing style. Wonder if they were influenced. After Hours a clever ending to the album, perfectly creepy, and could’ve played at credits in Moneyball.

At first glance thought the only song I knew was Tumbling Dice. but Happy, Sweet Virginia, and Rocks Off have long been faves as well. Hadn’t heard Rip this Joint, love the rockabilly type style.
