1001 Albums Summary

A short album, as a biased Bowie fan I do like this album it’s not his finest work but he shows off his usual song writing skills, I would put hunky dory or rise and fall of ziggy stardust over this anyday but this album is still good, the title song is still strong and I could easily see in my playlist.

Didn’t understand a word they were saying but understood what they were doing this shit slaps

The first couple of songs had me jamming they were some alright alternative rock but the songs after that really had me shmooving they had more energy and funk to them, I found some of the songs very relatable as I too “have my bone on” and am “bonin and moanin”, I can’t say there is as a song that I disliked. Overall the albums not so good that it’s gonna make me need to change my trousers but I will not be in a murderous rage from listening to it, it’s decent background music

I quite liked this album had some groove to it I enjoyed thin line, album was definitely outside of what I usually listen to but didn’t dislike it I think I’d have to give it a 3.5 or a 4 if it was the genre I usually listen to i would usually listen to it might be higher so ill give it a 4

The title track is very groovy and a very good song the second song is much slower but still very strong this album works as both a good album and also a strong statement
