De La SoulRating: 7/10 - Solid, in rotation for genre. Might recommend, probably won't. Genre: 90's Hip Hop. Fun, good casual vibes. Solid drum kit beats. Underground feel. Not a must-listen but not bad either.

Rating: 8/10. Great. Listeners of genre should hear this. Genre: Synth/Glam Rock. Psychedelic/Experimental? Notes: Groovy and funky music, fun lyrics. "Cool." Unique and interesting. Feels like a soundtrack, almost psychedelic but not quite. Takes me on a journey in my mind. Started out around 6/10 but went up to 8/10 by the end. My rating has potential to go higher the more I listen to it.
Rating: 9/10. Objectively amazing. Probably a personal favorite. Genre: Experimental, concept, indie? Listened to a few songs previously: Ny batteri is the highlight. As the album progresses the songs transition and complement each other very well.
Rating: 6.5/10. Good not great. Enjoyed. Would listen again. Genre: Classic Rock. Starts with a banger, Message In A Bottle, which I've heard before. The rest is pretty meh. Not bad, good energy, but not great either.
Rating: 6/10. Good not great. Not my taste, but has value. Might make it into rotation if I liked the genre. Genre: Soul, R&B Respect is a banger. Aretha Franklin has an amazing and powerful voice. The songs don't really resonate with me. The album is very vocal-centric, while to me the vocals of a song are of lower importance.
Rating: 4.5/10. Almost good. Some redeeming qualities. Probably overrated. Genre: Indie Dance, British pop Only Love Can Break Your Heart: Fun beat. Immediately appealing. The rest of the album falls off pretty hard. Definitely feels more "indie" than "pop," but it needs to lean "pop" to be a good dance album imo.
Rating: 6/10. Good not great. Not my taste, but has value. Might make it into rotation if I liked the genre. Genre: Rock Foo Fighters. None of the hits, but it all sounds Foo Fighters. Foo Fighters.
Rating: 7/10. Solid, in rotation for genre. Might recommend, probably won't. Genre: Rock Energetic. I know "We Got The Beat." Consistent energy and song quality.
Rating: 9.5/10. Perfect/close. Must-listen. Genre-defining. Genre: American Folk Really good.
Rating: 9.5/10. Perfect/close. Must-listen. Genre-defining. Genre: Hip hop So many hits. Ready or Not, Killing Me Softly. Iconic and transcendent.
Feels kinda gothy & The Smiths-y. Almost aimless and unstructured in the songwriting/melodies? Feels both original and unoriginal at the same time. Not my cup of tea.
