It's difficult for me to like a lot of grunge from the 90s. There's a lot that I do like, and I can recognize it as being good music made by talented artists, but, for me this album is like a lot of music that came out during that time - full of angst and a desire to make something different, but there's not much heart or passion. At least not for aspects of life they're playing and singing about that I can relate to.
