Scum
by Napalm Death
Not my cup of tea, but I can understand how it was influential. The guitar and drums are the obvious focus, as moat of the lyrics devolve into primal raging. This album is a headbangers dream, but at a certain point it begins to feel like a wall lf noise to me. For metalheads I am sure this review would induce eye rolls, but I do want to enjoy the lyricism in concert with the instrumentals, and that is difficult to do here.
