Rage Against The Machine
Great album. The mood is set up right from the first track. Powerful guitars, strong basslines, and angsty and hard lyrics, with a strong political and revolugionary message. All the songs sound very similar, but all the songs are bangers.

Michael Jackson
Very fun album. Its very groovy and has a feel-good feeling on it. It is not my style i liked it. Has some funky basslines and guitars. Very cool trumpets and michael's voice is great. An absolute classic, has some bangers, but i think that the power of this album resides on the grooviness, which is maybe the reason why i didnt like girlfriend or shes out of my life.

Doggystyle
Snoop Dogg
This was the first complete Snoop Dogg album that I heard. I have heard some snoop's songs before, but my opinion about dogg's music wasnt very positive. This album change my mind in some way. The album quite surprised me, snoop's flow during the whole album is top, the collabs are great. The album a funky style that i liked. The thing i didnt like was the lyrics, i dont wanna be like boomers sayin' "rap only talk about sex, drugs and that shit" but this album talks about sex, drugs and that shit. It really doesnt bother me that much, but after some songs iy becomes repetitive, which is maybe my great issue with gangsta rap,i found it repetitive. Besides that is a great album and sonically i liked it.

David Bowie
This is out of this world. When i was a kid, i didnt like bowie, i founded his voice boring. When i grew up, i didnt really care for him until i heard this and it blew my mind. Thia album is incredible. First of all is a very cohesive album, all the songs are unique and creative, but they still have the same feeling on them. The first half is more energic, has some very cool guitars, killer basslines and i thought it was great. The second half, slows down, the songs are longer, and almost everything is instrumental, i thought i will get bored, but Brian Eno's work in this record is absolutely phenomenal, it creates an ambient that surrounds you and that completely traps you into the music, the synths, bass, and Bowies' voice, which wasnt the protagonist, almost feel like an echoe that is only an element more in this weird orchestra.
This album is everything, caothic, peacefull, happy, melancholic, but mainly, its great, and one of the best albums that i've heard

This album is incredibly beautiful. It transports you and surrounds you completely, leading you to another reality. Jon's angelical voice and the peaceful and beauriful inatrumentals all some up into a magic experience.

Cheap Thrills
Big Brother & The Holding Company
This record is really carried on by Janis Joplin. It has some good moments, it has some very cool guitar solos and like aI said before Joplin's raspy voice really is the main attractive of the record. It doesnt feel to longas a record, but really I didnt find many highs or many lows on this album, is quite consistent, but it didnt have anything that really surprisedme

Nick Of Time
Bonnie Raitt
Its an album that its quite innofensive. It doesn'tmaje anything really bad, but it doesn't surprises me in any aspect. Many times songs sound like generic blues rock or 80's pop songs. Which really saves the album is James Hutchinson bass playing and Bonnie's voice, which iss absolutely amazing. Sometimes, a little guitar part appears and helps the thing a bit. Overall I think its good, but a bit boring

Rip It Up
Orange Juice
I like it, but a little thing made that i couldnt really enjoy it. Rip it up is a very solid record, is creative and has multiple influences like jazz, funk and rock. Has some very good instrumentals, like funky basslines, some very interesting guitar snippets and some awesome saxophone solos. But there's a tiny little thing that bothers me a lot: Edwyn Collin's voice, it is good, but i found it extremely boring and uninteresting, and ruins some songs for me, for example "rip it up" (the song), even though i like it in other tracks, I prefer Zeke Manyika's voice. Overall I think I like the album, but I can't stand Collin's voice.

Siembra
Willie Colón & Rubén Blades
Espectacular.

Tres Hombres
ZZ Top
It's just classic blues rock. I like it, it has some very cool riffs and Billy F Gibbons is a legendary guitarist, even though I'm not a big fan of his voice. My issue with this album is that almost everything on it sounds the same, and follows a very similar structure, making it predictable and boring at times. Overall I think it's a solid record wth some skippable songs (hot, blue and righteous), but i think its good

In It For The Money
Supergrass
I really liked this. I had never heard about Supergrass in my whole life, but I gave it a chance and it was a really fun listen. It is fast-paced britpop, going more to the side rock side. Thete are some really cool guitars, awesome solos, great basslines like in Cheapskate. Almost every song is a banger besides an obvious one. In this record, Supergrass arent scared of innovating, and they incorporate some very good synths and horns, that make their sound richer. The only things that I dislike were the production, and one particular song, because... What the actual fuck were these guys thinking when they made Sometimes I make you Sad?!

Led Zeppelin
Led Zeppelin
This is what happens when 4 of the most virtuous musicians get together abd play some shit: a masterpiece.
Led zeppelin's debut album is pure rock and roll. It has some clear blues influences, and in fact, some songs are blues or folk songs covers (Babe i'm gonna leave you being one of those). So it has a more bluesy sound than other Zepp's albums.
I really liked the album, even though I found it a bit irregular. Robert Plant's voice is iconic, and one of the most emblematic rock voices of all time; Jimmy Page ia one of the greatest guitarrists in history, and for me (meh guitar player) is my favourite guitarist (But hell Page, those lyrics on the ending tracks were creepy), John Bonham drums really shine on this record, and songs like "How many more times" show why he's the greatest drummer oat. John Paul Jones' multiinstrumentalism doesnt really stand out on this record but he has some cool basslines in some songs.
The only thing I disliked from this album was that is a bit irregular, because you have some masterpieces, and some songs, that without being bad, feel very weak, respect the other ones, for example "you shook me" isn't lame at all, but it feels a bit boring and bland compared to "Babe I'm gonna leave you" or "Dazed and Confused".
Overall, I liked the album, and has to be considered one of the greatest debut albums of all time, and the start of a legendary band like Led Zeppelin.

Adele
I've never heard a complete Adele record before. I had heard a couple of songs in the radio, and I liked a few, but with the time her last songs didnt really impressed me, but this did.
Is a very strong record, in which the main attractive is Adele's amazing voice, which is strong but soft at the same time. Her voice, is accompained with some interesting instrumentals. In this album Adele collaborates with many producers and musicians, like Ryan Tedder from OneRepublic and Paul Epworth; which have credits on some songs, but the ones that bring the magic on 21 are the guitarist Matt Sweeney (Skunk and Zwan's guitarist) and pianist Neil Cowley, who complement perfectly Adele's voice.
In this album, Adele's lyrics mainly focus on her recent breakup, and how, as the album goes on, she starts to heal. I cannot really relate to what she's sayin, and after a few songs the theme starts being repetitive and boring, which is one of the things I disliked from the album. The other thing I disliked is that, just like this recors has some amazing songs, there are other ones that feel very boring and weak in comparison to the singles, which are very good (even though I think "Someone like you is EXTREMELY overrated).
Overall I think I likes this album, it has great vocals, good instrumentals and has to be considered among the greatest pop albums of the 2010's.

Beyond Skin
Nitin Sawhney
This was very fucking weird, and I dont know if I really liked it, I guess just some songs.
Beyond Skin is a very original and particular album, that combines electronic music with alternative and indian music. This weird mix is what you can found in Beyond the skin, and sometimes its good, but other times it sounds like Indian Geometry Dash music.
The main flaw of this is its inconsistency, because it has some renarkable moments, and some awful ones. Lets start with the things I liked.
The first tracks of the record are great, they have some beautiful vocals, very interesting production and peaceful guitars and even violin. The album haves a very strong message against the India vs Pakistan conflict, and the nuclear tests that were realized during it. It explores loneliness, inmigration, nostalgia and desolation; and I think its very well-explored the theme throughout the album, and the final song "Beyond the Skin" ends with that famous quote by Oppenheimer "Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds", and really sums up all of what Sawhney is trying to talk about.
Now, let's go with the bad points; first of all, the inconsistency make the album hard to listen as a whole, because some tracks were truly unbearable to me, or at least boring. The downfall starts with "Pilgrim" which sounds like a minecraft villager rapping, "Nadia" sounds like Indian Geonetry Dash music, and Serpent follows the same line, but its more disturbing. "Anthem without a Nation" its an indian guy whimpering for almost 6 minutes, and "The conference" its and indian guy mumbling for 3 minutes. Other tracks were just boring like "The inmigrant" or "Tides" (I liked the waves sound though).
Overall, I think its an album which is honestly difficult to listen, but that has some very memorable moments that sadly are just the same number as the bad ones. I think Sawhney develops very good what he's trying to say, which is remarkable considering most songs were 90% mumbling/instrumentals and 10% lyrics.

Sign 'O' The Times
Prince
Creative. Unique. Erotic. This 3 words describe the sensations that Sign O' the times leaves on me. Even though I think its a proof of why Prince is one of the gretest icons of Pop music and even of culture, I think it didn't impressed me that much.
This record has some very good things, and demonstrate why Prince is a musical genius, one is that it's very creative and changing, you have the upbeat and eclectic Play in the Sunshine in one side and the sexy "Ballad of Dorothy Parker" on the other; and even though they sound totally different, they're both great. The album is very funky, it has some cool basslines and the moments I liked the most were the saxophone solo in "Hot Thing" , and the guitar one in "I could never take the place of your man". I liked Prince's voice in many tracks, specially in "Adore".
I liked the second part of the album because it was more consistent than the first part. I liked almost every song on it, meanwhile the first part had a few misses like "It" and "Forever in my life". And the second part had some of my favourite songs of the record.
One thing I didn't like is a bit controversial, but I hate that Prince is horny almost every fucking song, I think it's one of the main things that make its personality so interesting, but it's a bit tiring to hear him on almost every song sinhing about how hard he wants to fuck. Also sometimes songs were just too long, which bored me at times, and just like one of my favourite things were Prince's vocals, they also were a thing that I didnt love at times, for example his falsetto almost ruined "Slow Love" for me, and sometimes he sounded like a teen alien.
Overall I think it's a good album, maybe not my taste, but I understand its value and importance in pop's music history.
