1001 Albums Summary

To me, in light of the things that occurred in Stevie's career before 1972, and the fact that he would go on to release two completely generation-defining records in the years that followed, Talking Book feels like a necessary but failed experiment. Some parts work great, and you can hear those parts brought to the forefront on Innervisions and SITKOL.

His best in my opinion
